3. Orders & Payments

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received or verified.

  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as order processing begins.

  • Issues must be reported within 7days of delivery along with clear photos or video proof.

Non-refundable Items

Due to hygiene and usage concerns, items such as tissue boxes, tissue roll holders, and personalized items are not
returnable unless damaged upon arrival.
